The 2018 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index (or PSI) U.S. UTV Industry Benchmarking Study measured the treatment of UTV shoppers who visited a dealership, with rankings determined by the Pied Piper PSI process, which ties “mystery shopping” measurement and scoring to sales success.
In the 2018 survey, BRP’s Can-Am brand ranked No. 1 among 19 manufacturers with Kawasaki and Honda ranking second and third.
